Welcome to Music Downloader!

This program is created to simply search, download and id3 tag songs from the internet.

Little background story

Little note: This program uses the open internet and none of the downloaded files are stored by me. If you want to report a file contact the site admin from that specific site.

Search high quality songs can be hard. Good sites come and go (RIP Zippyaudio.com). So to find a high quality song multiple sites have to be searched most of the time. And when the song is found, there are multiple overlaying adds you have to get rid off. This is extemely annoying (yeah, I know these sites have a hosting bill but the overlays, c'mon). Thats why I created this program, to get rid of the overlay ads.

What can you expect from this

This program searches sites, parses the found songs to a nice table and you can pick the song you want to download from that table. After downloading is also attemps to find ID3 tags for the song and saves them to the file. At the end you have your high quality song downloaded and tagged!

How does it work

This is a console application. You need a terminal to run it. This is further described here.
